Additional information

A study was conducted to determine the relative density of the test substance by oscillating method. The relative density of the test substance is 0.8177 g/cm3 at 20 °C and 0.8004 g/cm3 at 40 °C. These results are supported by literature values: The CRC Handbook CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics 2008 reports the density to be 0.828 g/mL at 20 °C. Furthermore Mndshojan et al.,1958 (REAXYS 2014A) reports the density to be 0.828 g/mL and Pecher, 1957 (REAXYS 2014B) reports the density to be 0.822 g/mL at 20 °C. All literature values are in the same range and were therefore regarded as reliable. A density of 0.8177 g/cm3 was chosen as key value.
