Justification for type of information:
Due to the substance being a water reactive material the surface tension test cannot be conducted. This is due to the fact that test method EC A.5 stipulates that the substance is tested as an aqueous solution. OECD test guideline 115 also uses the same procedure. Furthermore, based on the estimated water solubility, the aforementioned methods state that testing is not required when the water solubility is lower than 1 mg/l.
