Description of key information

In tests carried out with an 80/20 mixture of 2,4- and 2,6-TDA, and according to OECD guideline 208, a 14 d EC50 of 320 mg/kg soil (dry weight) was obtained. This value may be used to derive a PNECsoil.

Available data on toxicity to terrestrial plants

Two experimental studies of reliability (2) were recorded for this endpoint.

Main results on toxicity to terrestrial plants

All experimental studies were short-term and performed according to OECD guideline 208 on two differents plant species. The lowest EC50 from the results of these two tests are reported below:

Avena sativa: EC50-14d=320 -1000 mg/kg soil dry weight (nominal concentrations of TDA80/20)

Lactuca sativa:EC50-14d=320 -1000 mg/kg soil dry weight (nominal concentrations of TDA80/20)
