Description of key information

In a scientifically peer reviewed publication, a NOEC of > 2 mg/kg dw (measured) was observed in a Chironomus riparius chronic toxicity test according to OECD 218 (Campos et al. 2017). Nevertheless, as the NOEC might even be higher that this value, further tests on sediment dwelling organisms are proposed to allow for a further refinement of the PNECsediment (both fresh- and marine water).
