Description of key information

Adsorption/Desorption:

The test material Butyl (dialkyloxy(dibutoxyphosphoryloxy))titanium(trialkyloxy)titanium phosphate ( CAS no. 109037 -78 -7) is readily hydrolysable when it comes in contact with water therefore HPLC method cannot be used. Therefore to determine Adsorption coefficentestimation was performed by fragment constant methodology using Specialist chemical estimation software PCKOCWIN v.1.66 syracuse Research corporation. U.S. Environmental Protection agency. The estimated log Koc value of test chemical Butyl (dialkyloxy(dibutoxyphosphoryloxy))titanium(trialkyloxy)titanium phosphate was determined to be 9.3863 ang Koc value is 2.434e+009. By  considering Log Koc value it is concluded that this test chemical has very strong sorption to soil and sediment and therefore has negligible migradtion potential to ground water.
