In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VII, the study on oxidising properties, required in section 7.13, does not need to be conducted as the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials. Indeed, it is an organic substance which contains oxygen and fluorine chemically bonded only to carbon.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the above justification, the substance is not considered as having oxidizing properties and no classification is required according to the DSD 67/548/EC and the CLP 1272/2008 regulation criteria.
