Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

*The mean value is calculated from test 1 and 2 and rounded to ± 0.5 °C.

Determination of the corrected flash-point:

Tc = T0+ 0.25 x (101.3 – p)

Tc = corrected flash point to the standard atmospheric pressure (101.3 kPa)

T0= measured flash point at actual atmospheric pressure

p = actual atmospheric pressure [kPa]

Conclusions:
A flash point of 99°C at 101.3 kPa was determined in a reliable study conducted according to an appropriate test protocol. It was not compliant with GLP.

Description of key information
