Dogs dermally treated with 1,3-dichlorobut-2-ene, in addition to local effects, exhibited marked hemodynamic changes.
Body weight:
Dogs dermally treated with 1,3-dichlorobut-2-ene lost 42-45% of their initial body weight.
Other findings:
