Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Remarks:
GHS and EU-CLP criteria not met
Conclusions:
The flash point of test substance is above the classification thresholds of 60°C (CLP criteria) or 93°C (GHS criteria). Therefore, the test substance is NOT a flammable liquid.
Executive summary:

The flash point of the test substance was determined under GLP according to ISO 3679 (listed in EU guideline), using a closed cup equilibrium method.

The test was carried out in duplicate. The measured value of 104°C in both assays was corrected to normal atmospheric pressure.

The normal flash point of test substance has been determined to be 105°C.

Description of key information

The substance is NOT classified as a flammable liquid according to CLP and GHS criteria.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Flash point at 101 325 Pa:
105 °C

Additional information

A fully reliable experimental study, conducted according to a recognized EC method (closed cup), is available. It is considered as a key study, and the result is retained as key data for purpose of CSA.

This study is relevant for the classification regarding flammable properties. (see IU Section 4.13 endpoint summary for justification of non-classification)
