Additional information

Two independent studies were performed to test the toxicity of 44PD (CAS 101 -96 -2) to Daphnia magna.

Both studies are carried out according to guidelines and under GLP and the results from both studies are quite similar: 48 hr LC50 values of 0.540 and 1.4 mg/L were obtained.

The lowest value of both studies 0.540 mg/L was chosen as being representative for the acute effects on aquatic invertebrates.
