Additional information

The toxicity potential of the substance to fish was evaluated considering data on Similar Substance 01 due to the absence of data on the substance itself. Justification for Read Across is given in Section 13 of IUCLID.

The acute toxicity of the test substance towards the zebra fish Danio rerio HAMILTON-BUCHANAN was evaluated in the limit test according to the OECD Guideline 203 and EU method C.1 and under GLP conditions. Seven fish were exposed to the test item for a period of 96 hours under static condictions. Blank control run in parallel. Mortalities were recorded after 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours and the concentration which kill 50 % of the fish (LC50) was determined.
