Details on study design:
The day before application of the test substance to areas were shaved, one served as test area the other as control area. 0.5 ml of the test substance was drpped on a gauze patch which was then applied on the test area and fixed by semi-occlusive dressing for 4 hours. After 4 hours the eressing was put away and the test area was washed with water. The scoring was made according to Draize over a period of 14 days.
