Short-term toxicity to fish

In a static short term toxicity to fish test according to DIN 38412, the 96-hour LC50 of the test substance for Leuciscus idus was determined to be nominal greater than 10 mg/L and lower than 21.5 mg/L.

Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

In a static immobilization test, Daphnia magna STRAUSS were exposed to the test item for 48 hours according to DIN 38412. The 48h-EC50 was determined to be 160.4 mg/L (act. ingr). All reported results refer to the nominal concentrations.

Toxicity to algae and cyanobacteria

The influence of the test substance on the growth of the freshwater algae Scenedesmus subspicatus (new name: Desmodesmus subspicatus) was assessed in a static dose response test according to DIN 38 412. The 72-hour ECr50 value was calculated to be 196.88 mg act. ingr. /L (extrapolated), and the associated 72 - hour EC10 was determined to be 56.77 mg act. ingr./L.

Toxicity to microorganisms

In a growth inhibition test, Pseudomonas putida were exposed over 17 hours to the test substance according to DIN 38412 (Part 8). The EC10 was determined to be nominal 242.4 mg act. ingr. /L and the EC50 was determined to be nominal 836.1 mg act. ingr. /L.
