Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The test substance was found to be not readily biodegradable under the test conditions.

The acute fish 96h-LC50 was determined to be nominal greater than 10 mg/L and lower than 21 .5 mg/L based in this result most sensitive result, the test substance is classified as aquatic chronic cat. 3, H412 Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

The test substance is not classified for acute aquatic toxicity.
