Description of key information

In accordance with the specific rules for adaptation from Column 1 in REACH Annex IX, the study does not need to be conducted if it is scientifically not possible to perform the test. As the substance’s nature is as a multi-constituent substance with a highly variable composition of closely related constituents it would effectively render any results of such a study uninterpretable, in addition the study is also not applicable as a suitable analytical method is unlikely to be able to be developered and that the Substance has no ionic structures. It is considered justified to omit this study on the grounds that it is not technically feasible and not necessary.
