Interpretation of results:

Conclusions:
The mean eye irritation score after exposure of the corneal opacity, iris, redness and chemosis were zero in all treated animals.
Executive summary:

d-Allethrin was instilled into one eye of each rabbit. The contralateral eye served as control and was instilled with normal saline. Observations were made post instillation.
