Conclusions:
Taking into consideration the functional groups in the molecular structure, it is reasonable to conclude that a change in temperature or pH give no significant variation on the water solubility.
Executive summary:

The test was performed at 20°C using water analytical grade. The test item was performed twice using different elution flows, 12.5 ml/hour and 25 ml/hour, collecting the eluate for 2 and 1 hour respectively. The pH of each fraction collected were measured to ensure the test article stability in water.
