JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
In accordance with the specific rules for adaptation listed in Paragraph 7.3, Column 2, Annex VII, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006, a boiling point study does not need to be conducted "for solids which either melt above 300 °C or decompose before boiling.".

The test item fulfils the above criteria.

Waiver – In accordance with the specific rules for adaptation listed in Paragraph 7.3, Column 2, Annex VII, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006, a boiling point study does not need to be conducted “for solids which either melt above 300 °C or decompose before boiling.”.  

As per IUCLID Section 4.1 and Section 4.2, the test item is a solid with a melting point above 300 °C.
