oxidising liquids
Data waiving:
other justification
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because there are no chemical groups present in the molecule which are associated with oxidising properties and hence, the classification procedure does not need to be applied

Description of key information

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex VII;7.13, the oxidising properties study (required in section 4.15) does not need to be conducted as the substance is not expected to react exothermically with combustible materials on the basis of its chemical structure.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
non oxidising
