In accordance with column 2 of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex VII;11, the explosiveness study  (required in section 4.14) does not need to be conducted as there are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in this substance.

Di-PETMP shows an overall decomposition energy of approximately -160 J/g. This is less than -500 J/g; thus, testing or classification for explosive properties is not necessary.
