Isomer distribution

The mean isomer distribution changed from 46 % of isomer 1 and 54 % of isomer 2 in the external standard samples to 69.9 % of isomer 1 and 30.1 % of isomer 2 in the solubility samples, indicating a higher water solubility of isomer 1.
