Additional information

Keldenich, 2014

EC Test Procedure A.14 'Explosive Properties'

Justification for classification or non-classification

The test was performed as stipulated in EC Test Procedure A.14 'Explosive Properties'. The mechanical sensitivity was carried out by the drop weight test and the thermal stability by the steel cartridge test. The substance was neither sensitive to shock or was explosive when heated under defined confinement. Therefore, the substance has no potential for explosivity; and hence no classification according to both Directive 67/548/EEC and GHS (Regulation EC 1272/2008).
