Additional information

A literature search was conducted. Furthermore an Asian study is available that was conducted in accordance with OECD guideline 112. The pKa of the substance was determined to be 8.68 at 25 °C. In addition the REAXYS database as well as the Beilstein registry report a pKa of 8.66 at 25 °C. The pkA from the study conducted according to OECD TG 112 was chosen as more reliable (study data, not from secondary source).
