Hydrocarbons, C10, aromatics, >1% naphthalene, is classified N, R51/53 for the environment based on acute fish, invertebrate and alga toxicity at loadings between 1 and 10 mg/L. In addition, it is not considered readily biodegradable, demonstrating an aerobic biodegradation potential of 58% in 28 days.
