Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information
Aquatic PNECs
Data has been obtained from studies conducted with trimethylolpropane monoallyl ether (2-allyloxymethyl-2-ethylpropanediol) and the structural analogue trimethylolpropane diallyl ether ( 2,2-bis(allyloxymethyl)butan-1-ol). Data for trimethylolpropane diallyl ether (2,2-bis(allyloxymethyl)butan-1-ol) is only presented for STP toxicity as there was no STP study available for trimethylolpropane monoallyl ether (2-allyloxymethyl-2-ethylpropanediol).
The following PNECs were calculated:
PNEC Aqua (freshwater) - Based on an assessment factor of 1000, the PNEC is 0.61 mg/L.
PNEC Aqua (marine water) - Based on an assessment factor of 10000 the PNEC is 0.061 mg/L.
PNEC Aqua (intermittent releases) - Based on an assessment factor of 100 the PNEC is 6.1 mg/L.
STP PNEC
The NOEC from the read across respiration inhibition study was 316 mg/L. Based on an assessment factor of 10 and an endpoint of 316 mg/L the PNEC STP is 31.6 mg/L.
No PNECs for other compartments (soil, air, sediment) are considered necessary.
Conclusion on classification
No classification is triggered based on available data, according to EEC Council Directive 79/831/EEC Annex VI, Part II (D) as described in Commission Directive 93/21/EEC or Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. No hazards for the environment have been identified.
