Principles of method if other than guideline:
1. The substance was added to a tared 10 ml volumetric flask to slightly above the mark.
2. The flask was placed in a 50°C oven overnight to allow escape of air bubbles.
3. The volumetric flask was allowed to equilibrate to 25°C in a water bath.
4. Excess substance was carefully withdrawn by pipet until the level was at the mark.
5. The flask was weighed.
