The test is performed to investigate whether physical changes like solidification,crystallization or phase separation occur when a product is stored at a temperature of -25°C, without stirring during 2 days and with stirring during 2 days in the presence of slivers of glass. Based on the results of this test, the freezing point of 1,1,3,3 -tetramethylbutyl hydroperoxide is <-25 °C.
