EC number: 483-360-5
CAS number: 114435-02-8
The substance led to effects in fish, aquatic invertebrates and algae
with aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia magna) being the most sensitive. As
the lowest EC/LC50 value is > 1 mg/L, no acute classification is deemed
appropriate for this substance in accordance with the CLP regulation (EC
No. 1272/2008, as amended).
Chronic algae data is available on the substance providing a NOEC value
(based on biological significance) of 2.2 mg/L. As this is > 1 mg/L (and
the substance is deemed rapidly degradable) no classification for
chronic effects is warranted. Taking into account available acute data
to derive the chronic classification is not warranted as the substance
is readily biodegradable and has a low Log Kow value.
