First-aid measures
general advices:
In case of adverse health effects seek medical advice.
after inhalation:
Fresh air.
after skin contact:
Rinse with running water. Skin care. Remove contaminated clothes.
after eye contact:
Rinse immediately with plenty of running water (for 10 minutes). Seek medical attention if necessary.
after ingestion:
Rinse mouth, drink plenty of water, see a physician.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media:
foam, extinguishing powder, carbon dioxide water spray jet
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons:
Water, high pressure waterjet
Special exposure hazards arising from the product itself, from combustion products or from resulting gases:
none known
Special protective equipment for firefighters:
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions:
Ensure adequate ventilation.
Environmental precautions:
Do not allow to enter drainage system, surface or ground water.
Methods of cleaning up/of removing:
Dilute residues with water and flush away.
Handling and storage
Handling:
Avoid the following: Inhalation of substance, skin contact, eye contact, mucous contact.
Ensure that workrooms are adequately ventilated.
Storage:
At room temperature. keep container tightly sealed.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Respiratory protection: not necessary
Hand protection:
For the short-time contact (e.g. as splash contact) gloves of nitrile rubber (Layer thickness 0,1 mm, Breakthrough time > 10 min) according to EN 374 are recommended. For longer contact gloves of butyl rubber (Layer thickness > 0,7 mm, Breakthrough time > 60 min) according to EN 374 are recommended.
Note that for a longer and repeated contact the breakthrough times stated above in practice will be clear shorter as they were determined according to EN 374. In any case the glove should be tested on the suitability (mechanical and thermic durability, product compatibility, antistatic etc.). In case of sign of wear: please replace the gloves.
Eye protection: protective goggles
Protective clothing: wear suitable protective clothing
Environmental exposure controls: not necessary
Stability and reactivity
Conditions to avoid: None known
Materials to avoid: None known
Hazardous decomposition products: None known
Disposal considerations
waste incineration with the approval of the responsible local authority.
