14C TDCP was applied dermally in 60ul of a methanol solution (0.867 mg/kg) to a 4 cm2 area of shaved dorsal skin of male Sprague-Dawley rats. At least 3 rats were used (as stated previously, this is all the information that was provided regarding the number of animals used). Faeces, urine and expired air were collected.
