Justification for type of information:
In accordance with section 2 Annex XI of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) and ECHA guidance on IR/CSA Chapter R.7.1.3.4 (as of November 2012) the study is technically not feasible as the liquid decomposes before the boiling point is reached even at reduced pressures below 0.2 kPa.

Description of key information

The substace decpomposes before boiling. The Self-Accerelating Decomposition Temperature (SADT) of the substance is 50°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The test substance decomposes before boiling. Self-Accerelating Decomposition Temperature (SADT) of the substance is 50°C (reference SADT: CLP regulations 2.15.2.3 and UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, 6th revised edition, sub-sections 28.1, 28.2, 28.3 and Table 28.3.) Please refer to IUCLID section 4.23 for the test on self-accelerating decomposition temperature UN H.4.
