Additional information

There is one microorganism study available for 2-amino-1,3-propanediol (APD), which was used as key study for the assessment. The study was conducted according to the guideline EN ISO 10712 and GLP (Kuttler, 1997). A culture of the bacterium Pseudomonas putida was exposed to APD for 16 hours, at the test concentrations 31.5, 100, 312.5, 1000, 3125, and 10000 mg/L. The obtained EC10 and EC50 values were 4800 mg/L and > 10000 mg/L, respectively.
