Justification:

It can be stated that the substance does not fulfill the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).

Persistence:

The substance is not readily biodegradable. In a weight-of-evidence approach, (a)biotic degradation available is assessed. Based on the available data, the test substance does not meet the Persistence criteria and may therefore be considered to be 'not P/vP'.

Bioaccumulation:

The test substance is considered not bioaccumulative based on a bioaccumulation in fish study. Further, the substance has a log Kow of ≤4.5 and may therefore be considered to be “not B/vB”.  

Toxicity:

Based on the available information, the substance is classified as STOT RE. 2 in accordance with EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation No. (EC) 1272/2008. Therefore, the substance is assessed to be “T”.
