- Water solubility:
- 94 µg/L
- Conc. based on:
- test mat.
- Temp.:
- 20 °C
- pH:
- 7.2
- Details on results:
- The water solubility of test item was determined to be 0.094 ± 0.00924 mg/l (95 % confidence interval) at 20 ± 0.5 °C using the column elution method for the performance of the main test.
The measured concentrations are constant within ± 30 % and thus within the range required by the guidelines. - Conclusions:
- Water solubility: 94 µg/l at 20 °C and pH ca 7.20
- Executive summary:
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the solubility of test item in water at 20 ± 0.5 °C, according to the OECD guideline 105. The method chosen is based on the elution of the test substance with water from a micro-column, which is charged with an inert support material coated with an excess of test substance. The water solubility is determined when the mass concentration of the eluate is constant, i.e. concentration plateau as a function of time.
The water solubility of test item was determined to be 0.094 ± 0.00924 mg/l (95 % confidence interval) at 20 ± 0.5 °C using the column elution method for the performance of the main test. The measured concentrations are constant within ± 30 % and thus within the range required by the guidelines.
Conclusion
Water solubility: 94 µg/l at 20 °C and pH ca 7.20.
