PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method:10.08 mg and 10.1 mg test substance were added to 2 liters of test medium. The solution was stirred for 20 minutes at 20+/- 2 °C on a magnetic stirr plate. The test solutions were prepared by dilution the stock solution.
