Results and discussion

Results:
No signs of skin irritation were observed in any of the subjects.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Patch test in 80 Japanese with the test substance (0.03-0.5 %) showed no skin irritation potential.
Executive summary:

A patch test with 80 Japanese was conducted with the test substance (0.03-0.5 %). The application time was between 24 to 48 h and the concentration used was 0.03-0.5 % in base cream. Evaluation of the test side 30 min after exposure determination showed no skin irritating potential of the test substance.
