Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The test substance was found to be readily biodegradable under the test conditions. The most sensitive test for the aquatic compartment was the toxicity test to fish. This study revealed a 96h- LC50 of 13.1 mg/L. The substance is readily biodegradable (78 % biodegradation after 21 days) with a log Pow of 1.9 at 35 °C. Based on these results, the substance is neither classified as aquatic acute toxicity nor classified as aquatic chronic according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) as amended for the ninth time in Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1179.
