Additional information

The long-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates was assessed under semi-static conditions in an OECD 211 study using Daphnia magna as test organism (MITI, 2000; report no. 9B484G). The test concentrations were analytically verified and were stable during the exposure; therefore, the results are expressed on nominal concentrations. The pH of the test solutions was within acceptable guideline specifications and did not need to be adjusted. The study fullfilled all validity criteria according to  OECD guideline 211.

Based on reproduction, the following effect values were determined: 21-d NOEC = 14 mg/L, 21-d EC50 = 48.5 (based on nominal concentrations, verified by analytical measurement).
