Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The toxicity of 3-chloropropene to the larvae of Xenopus laevis was tested in a 48-hour static test. Ten larvae were exposed in all-glass aquaria for 48-hour. The test substance was added in a nominal concentration once at the beginning of the test. The LC50 value after 48 hours was 0.34 mg/L in the test. However, as the test was performed only once and no replicate was done the result is considered as not fully reliable.
