Description of key information
Based on WoE approach, the boiling point of 3-chloropropene is 45 °C at 101.325 kPa.

Data from six different phys-chem. handbooks have been evaluated. Even though handbook data usually do not give details on the test item or on the methodology used, the available data set is considered robust, since all data indicate a boiling point of 3-chloropropene in the range of 44 to 45.5 °C. The value of 45 °C as highlighted above is taken from the following studies, Weiss 1986 and Spencer 2002.
