Description of key information

The three aquatic short term toxicity tests on fish, invertebrates and algae were carried out between 1997 and 2014. The results were:

Fish LC50 = 32.3 mg/L ; Daphnia EC50 = 28 mg/L ; Algae ErC50 = 0.24 mg/L.

Three chronic results were obtained on fish, invertebrates and algae: Fish NOEC = 0.88 mg/L ; Daphnid EC10 = 3.7 mg/L ; Algae ErC10 = 0.21 mg/L.

Classification and labelling according to UN-GHS and CLP is driven by the algae study, combined with ready biodegradability:

H400: Very toxic to aquatic life

H412: Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects
