- In a non-guideline, non-GLP acute inhalation study (reliability score 4) rats survived an 8-hour exposure to the maximum concentration of a vapour of 3-(diethoxymethylsilyl)propylamine that could be generated. The concentration was not given in the study report. There were no affects on body weight gains and no gross pathological findings.
