Additional information

In the available key study the viscosity of 2,3 -butanediol ((2R,3R)-rich) was determined to be 44.13 mPa·s at 25 °C and 17.4 mPa·s at 40°C according to OECD 114. This was corroborated by the supporting study in which dynamic viscosity (μ) were measured by Stabinger viscometer SVM 3000 (Anton paar) at temperature range of 293 - 373K, SD ± 0.01K (20 - 100°C, SD ± 0.01°C). Measured dynamic viscosity was 58.532 mPa·s and 16.573 mPa·s at 20°C and 40°C, respectively, at atmospheric pressure.
