Description of key information

The cladoceran, Daphnia magna, was exposed to XP-7866 at mean measured concentrations of 7.3 to 147 µg a.i./L under flow-through conditions for 21 days. There were no significant treatment-related effects on survival or reproduction or growth measured as length and dry weight at concentrations ≤147 µg a.i./L, the highest achievable test concentration, when compared to the solvent controls.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

EC10, LC10 or NOEC for freshwater invertebrates:
147 µg/L
