Description of key information

In the key study, carried out by Bruns (2001) and according to OECD 212, the behaviour abnormality was the most sensitive endpoint. A NOEC-10d of 3.16 mg/L was determined.

Additional information

Available information on long-term toxicity to fish

Two long-term toxicity to fish studies are available, one with reliability (3) and the other with reliability (1).

Key data on long-term toxicity to fish

In the reliability (1) study, three NOEC were determined depending the basis for effects:

Mortality: NOEC-10d=10 mg/L (nominal concentrations of 80/20TDA)

Hatching success: NOEC-10d=10 mg/L (nominal concentrations of 80/20TDA)

Behaviour abnormality: NOEC-10d=3.16 mg/L (nominal concentrations of 80/20TDA)
