Description of key information
In a GLP study conducted in general agreement with OECD Guideline 121, the adsorption coefficient of EC# 434-650-5, determined as log Koc by HPLC, was greater than 5.63. The material eluted from the HPLC column as a group of at least 10 compounds.

In a GLP study conducted in general agreement with OECD Guideline 121, the adsorption coefficient of EC# 434-650-5, determined as log Koc by HPLC, was greater than 5.63. The material eluted from the HPLC column as a group of at least 10 compounds. This value was obtained at 24 -25 degrees C however this value is still likely to be acceptable as a value for risk assessment purposes. The Koc value is therefore approx 398107.
