Description of key information

Granulometry is not applicable, as substance is handled in molten form only due to its low melting point (34.9 °C).

Additional information

In accordance with REACH Annex VII, column 2 the study on granulometry does not need to be performed if the substance is used in a non-solid or granular form. Methyl cinnamate, due to its low melting point (34.9 °C) is handled as molten substance and drummed off as liquid, solidifying upon storage. For use, the drums become heated again and the material is used in liquid form. Thus, particle size is not relevant in use and does not need to be tested.
