Melting / freezing point at 101 325 Pa:
-85 °C

Additional information

A study was conducted to determine the melting point of cyclopentylamine. The melting point was determined to be -85 °C at 1013 hPa. In addition the GESTIS database reports the melting point of cyclopentylamine to be at -85 °C and the CRC handbook reports the melting point to be -82.7 °C. Thus, as the literature data supports the experimental value -85 °C was chosen as key parameter.
