Sampling and analysis

Analytical monitoring:
yes

Test solutions

Vehicle:
no
Details on test solutions:
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: A stock solution (10 mg/L) was prepared daily by dissolving 20 mg of test susbtance in 2 L of test medium and treated by ultra sonification for approx. 20 min to ensure that the test substance was completely dissolved. The test concentrations were prepared by dilution of this stock solution. Before the dilution was performed, the stock solution was checked for complete dissolution of the substance. All stock solutions appeared colorless-clear.

- Feeding during test: yes
- Food type: unicellular green algae (Desmodesmus subspicatus)
- Amount: increasing amount
- Frequency: daily

CULTURE CONDITIONS
