Test Results

Residual moisture

The test item was dried in a Sartorius infrared moisture analyzer at 120 °C until constant weight. The residual moisture was 0.1 wt.-%.

Particle size distribution

The separation of coarse grain was not necessary for the determination of the particle size.

The test item showed a poly-modal particle size distribution with a median particle size of D50 = 185 μm, Figure 1. A first small maximum is found at approx. 6 μm, a second at approx. 30 μm and the main peak at approx. 200 μm.
